William Harkum

On January 28th, 2020, William M. Harkum passed away. He was the devoted father of Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (Ret.) William B. Harkum, and former Assistant State’s Attorney, the late Michelle Denise Harkum Kaouris; cherished grandfather of Tara Marie Harkum, dear brother of Mary Lou Farley and late husband Edward, Roland Robert Harkum, the late Teresa Burton, Loretta Harkum Moran and husband Timothy, and loving uncle of 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 7 great nephews, and 1 late great niece.

William joined the Army Reserve after graduating from Baltimore Polytechinic  Institute. He retired from AT&T after 30 years of service.  Some of William's hobbies were fishing, boating, skiing, and collecting model trains.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Friday, January 31th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held during the 8 o'clock hour. Cremation will be held privately at a later time.
