Obituary
Salvatore “Sam” Anthony Culotta, Sr., age 84, passed away on January 21, 2022. Sam was born on December 10, 1937 to the late Joseph and Anna Culotta. He is the beloved companion of Jackie Zulauf; loving father of Salvatore “Sammy” A. Culotta, Jr. and his wife Stella and Mary A. Johnson and her husband Joe; dear grandfather of Christine, Michelle, Kimberly, Aaron, and Amber. Sam is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and Sammy and Mary’s mother Leona Risher and her husband Charles. Sam is preceded in death by his brothers Joseph Culotta, Jr., John Culotta, Richard Culotta, and Joseph Rodgers, Jr.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Road, Halethorpe MD 21227 on Saturday from 11-1pm with a funeral service beginning at 1pm followed by burial at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
