Rex Greathouse

Rex Greathouse, age 56, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2021. He is the beloved husband of Kathleen Neal Greathouse; cherished step father of Holly Jarrell (Jared Jarrell), Shane Trevey (Daniella Trevey), and Coulton Trevey; devoted grandfather of Josiah & Javen Jarrell and Avaleigh & Auguste Trevey; dear brother of Shane Greathouse. Also survived by a sister in law Paula Waters (was married to Joe), other family members and friends and his church family, who he loved very much. Rex is preceded in death by his parents Markie Joyce White Greathouse and Clarence Dean Greathouse; and two brothers Joe Greathouse and David Greathouse.

Rex was a very faithful servant to God and he was an Army Veteran, having served from age 18-22.  He loved people and would do just about anything for them, even strangers. He loved music and it was always playing in the house.  A perfect day for Rex was a Martini, his music and grilling for the family.
