Marcella Welsh passed away on May 16, 2022. Born to the late Evelyn and Bernard Gaffney, Marcie was the loving wife of the late Leonard Welsh, and cherished sister of Bernadette Pettie. Marcie worked for Diageo/Segrams in Relay for over 25 years. She will live forever in our hearts. Marcie was laid to rest next to Leonard at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery on May 20, 2022.
