Lester Bartlett, Jr.

Lester Lewis Bartlett, Jr., age 85, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2020. He is the loving father of Leigh Purper and her husband Walter, Evelyn Fisher, and Lester Bartlett, III; cherished grandfather of Walter Purper, IV, Isabella Purper, Samantha Olszewski, and Sabrina Stewart; dear brother of Carolyn Greenfield and Raymond Bartlett. Lester is also survived by great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Saturday 5-7pm. Due to recent events, we are only allowed up to 9 family members in the funeral home at a time. Please check in with the parking attendant when you arrive. We ask that everyone remain in their cars until invited to come into the funeral home.
