Joan R. Bell, age 86, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2020. She is the beloved wife of the late Charles M. Bell, Sr.; cherished mother of Charles M. Bell, Jr., Michael T. Bell, Jeanne M. Kelly, and the late Kurt G. Bell. Also survived by other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, MD 21227 on Saturday February 29 at 12:30pm with a gathering beginning at 11am.
