James Theodore Cluster, Jr., 90 , of Glen Burnie, MD was called home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2021.  Jimmy was born and raised in Baltimore and served in the Navy after WWII in 1947 when he was 17.  He was on a destroyer, the 871 USS Demato, and a member of the Tin Can Sailors.  He later worked for 40 years as a floor covering mechanic.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather & uncle who loved to sing. 

He was the beloved husband of Marie Schweiker Cluster; loving father of  Mark Cluster and his wife Elizabeth, Anna Cluster, Mary Cluster, and the late Elizabeth Ann and the late Linda Lee; cherished Pop Pop of Carrie, Elizabeth, & Katherine; dear brother of Franklin D.R. Cluster and his wife Betty and the late Lillian Cluster-Girvin, the late Caroline Cluster-Goble, the late Helen Cluster-Phillips, the late Dorothy Cluster-Holtman, the late John Cluster, the late Andrew Cluster, the late Charles Cluster, & the late Howard Cluster; caring Godfather of Jimmy Cluster and Eileen Dudley; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Jimmy loved the Navy, football, and singing.  Above all he loved the Lord and his family. He was a loyal member of St. Clement I Catholic Church in Lansdowne and Christ the King Catholic Church in Glen Burnie.


Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be directed in Jimmy's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
