Gary Melton

Sadly on June 18, 2020 Gary Andrew Melton passed away. Gary grew up in South Baltimore and later moved to Ferndale. Gary worked hard and diligently in highway construction throughout his life where his work ethic was always evident.

He was the beloved son of Tina Nist and her husband Roger and the late Jimmy Melton; cherished brother of CJ, Ashley, Ray, Lisa, Melissa, Amy & Jenny. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends. He will be sorely missed.

Gary had a strong sense of family, was fiercely loyal, kind and gentle. He loved to laugh and have fun with his family and friends. Gary had a big heart and loved with all his being. He was maybe best known for his sharp style and love for fresh new shoes, clothes and jewelry. His social media humor and motivation posts would always entertain and inspire. Gary will be missed by everyone whose lives he had touched.

Family members and friends may visit the Arbutus location from 3-5 & 7-9pm on Friday, June 26th. Internment will be private.
