Clifford Dorr

Peacefully on February 23, 2020, Clifford Hartley Dorr passed away. He was the beloved husband for 72 years to Mary Jane Dorr; loving father of Kathy (and her husband Robert) Hofstetter, cherished grandfather of Amanda (and her husband Kurt) Ferringer; great-grandfather of Benjamin Hartley, and Annie Elise Ferringer; dear brother of Gloria Oxley, and Florence Jacob, also survived by many other loving neices, nephews, family, and friends.

He was an avid sports fan, and skilled at woodwork. Clifford worked for over 30 years as a letter carrier at South Station in Baltimore. His sense of humor was loved and will be missed by many.

A Memorial Service will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc. 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd. Arbutus, on Friday at 11:00am. Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital at stjude.org, or 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
