William A. Milligan sadly passed away on December 2, 2018 at the age of 54. He is the beloved son of the late Barnard Milligan, Sr. & Judith Milligan; loving father of Angel; cherished brother of Judith Milligan, Joseph Milligan, Barnard Milligan, Jr., Vincent Milligan, & Raymond Milligan; dear grandfather of Elvis Willison & John Willison. He is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
