William T. Duncan, age 65, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2022. He is the beloved domestic partner of Mary Frances Kick; loving father of Kristen Duncan, Gwendolyn (Rosie) Duncan, and William Howard Duncan; also survived by other loving relatives and a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held at Ascension Church on Thursday March 10th at 10am.
