William “Billy” M. McClung, IV, age 53, sadly passed away on March 17, 2026. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Susan M. Hannigan and William M. McClung, III. Billy is the beloved husband of Dawn McClung; loving father of Kaila M. Smith (and her husband Damien), William M. McClung, V, and Brooke N. McClung; cherished grandfather of William M. McClung, VI; caring brother of Nick Hannigan and the late Laurie M. McClung; dear grandson of Elaine Nazelrod. Billy is also survived by a host of friends and many others who will miss him dearly.
