August 9, 1950 — January 2, 2015
On January 2, 2015 WALTER LOUIS PHILLIPS, JR., passed away. He was the devoted son of the late Walter,Sr. & Lois Phillips. Phil is the loving father of Dessiee M. Johnson & her husband Robin, the late Walter Louis Phillips, III, and Valerie. He was the cherished grandfather of Samantha Cullip, Tiffany Cox, Heather Beale, and Josh. He was the dear sister of Gaynell Bowers, Wanda Sanders, and Ronnie Phillips. Phil is also survived by many other loving family members & friends.
Family members & friends may call at our ARBUTUS location on Wednesday, January 7, between 3-5 & 7-9PM, where a public visitation will be held. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 8, beginning at 11AM. Interment for Phil will be private.
