Virginia Carol Evans, affectionately known as Ginny, age 78, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2025. She was born on October 5, 1946 to the late Grover and Ruby Ramsey. Ginny is the beloved wife of the late Robert Evans; cherished mother of Lori and her husband Carl Bisser and Cathy Evans; loving Nanny of Anthony Evans, Kristina Bisser, Felicia Bisser, Jacob Bisser, and great grandson Jaedyn Billings; also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
