Theresa Councilman - Ringgold

On January  7, 2020, Theresa Councilman - Ringgold peacefully passed away after a sudden illness. She was the beloved companion of Dennis Kirby; loving daughter of Harvey, and the late Mary Councilman; beloved sister of Michael (and wife Edie) Councilman, Mary Susan Prahme, and the late Mark Councilman; honorary sister of Jodie Councilman; aunt of Jimmy, Kenny, and Timmy; also survived by many other loving family members and friends.

Relatives and friends may visit at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. a Funeral Service will be held at the St. Clement Church 2700 Washington Ave. on Saturday at 9:00am. Interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to the American Lung Ass. at lung.org, or to the Maryland SPCA at mdspca.org.
