On April 22, 2014 Thelma Bernice Mills passed away. She was the loving wife of Vernon Mills; devoted mother of Charlotte, Brenda, Michael, Patty, Vernon and the late Gary; and cherished grandmother of many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Thelma is also service by many other loving family and friends.
There will be a public viewing held at our Arbutus location on Saturday, April 26th from 2 PM to 4 PM.
