Shirley Whitaker

On November 16th, 2021, Shirley Whitaker passed away. Born on November 19th, 1962 to the late Shirley and late Richard Turner; she was the loving wife of the late Bobby Whitaker; dear sister of Shannon Turner, Richard Turner; cherished grandmother of many grandchildren; loving aunt of Adrianna Self. Shirley is also survived by her father-in-law Jesse Whitaker and his late wife Irene and many other loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by her great-nephew the late Justin Bolton.

A public viewing will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday, November 19th from 11 AM to 1 PM, where a service will begin at 1 PM. Interment will be immediately held at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
