Robert K. Horne

Robert K. Horne, age 61, sadly passed away on May 4, 2026. 

He was born on December 5, 1964 to the late James K. Horne and the late Lottie P. Horne (Lewis). Robert is the beloved father of Kaitlynn Horne; loving grandfather to Bradyn Horne, Alayah Horne, Kaionnie Horne, and Leon Delanos; caring brother of the late Sandra Horne and the late Larry Doolittle; dear partner of Sandra Grogan; devoted uncle of Emily Jay, Jeremy Doolittle, Misty Doolittle, and Sheila Doolittle; loving great-uncle of Allison Connolly, Anthony Rotolo, Morgan Snyder and Genesis Doolittle; ex-husband and friend of Michele Kincaid; devoted best friend of Elmer Taylor. He is also survived by Jeannie Grogan, whom he considered his 2nd mom as well as Carol Hollingsworth. Robert is also survived by many loving friends, all of whom cherished his unwavering love, kindness and compassion. 

Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home,1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, May 12 from 11:30am-12:30pm. A Funeral Service will begin at 12:30pm. Interment will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
