Richard James Stubbs “Rick”, age 73, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 1, 2021. Rick was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Richard H. Stubbs & the late Eve B. Stubbs. He is the beloved husband of Christine Nicodemus Stubbs; loving father of Christy Lee Stubbs Prenger & her husband Jim, Julie Stubbs Kopp & her husband Jeff, & R. Douglas Stubbs; cherished Poppy of Nick, Camryn, Brad, Jena, Shawn, Kelly, & Ryan; dear brother of Barbara Ambrose and the late Joseph F. Ambrose, Sr.
