June 28, 1995 — February 22, 2020
Sadly on February 22nd, 2020 Richard C. Ramsay, III "Lil. Richie" passed away. He was the cherished son of Reneice and the late Richard Ramsay, Jr.; loving father of Karter Xavier Ramsay; and dear brother of Trey Black, Tameira Black, and Rusty Arrowood. Richie is also survived by many of family and friends.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday, February 28th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29th at 12 Noon. Cremation will be held privately at a later time.
