On April 24th, 2024, Patsy J. Kinser passed away. Born on August 3rd, 1948 to the late Grace Anderson and late Melvin Vance, she was the loving wife of the late David Kinser, Sr.; devoted mother of Pamela Weibe and husband George, David Kinser and partner Layla Gunther, Charles Kinser and wife Terry, Patricia Kinser, Anthony Kinser, Sr. and wife Tracy; cherished grandmother of Amber Fischer, Ashley Parham, Georgie Weibe, Ryan Weibe, Alyssa Weibe, Cody Weibe, Cory Weibe, Dustin Kinser, Charlie Kinser, Jr., David Hammonds, Anthony Kinser, Jr., Kaile Kinser, and numerous great grandchildren; dear sister of Abbie Karavas, Wanda Barncord; and caring aunt to special niece Robin DeVault, and great aunt to special nephew Nicholaus DeVault. Patsy was preceded in death by her siblings the late Bobby, late Mike, late Nonly, late Ricky, late Debbie, late JoAnn, and late Becky.

A public viewing will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Sunday, April 28th from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29th at 11 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
