Nina Lee Stanley, age 79, surrounded by her loving family passed away on November 27, 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was born on September 21, 1937 in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Stanley, her mother Mary, and second mother Marie. Loving mother of Karen Stanley Bonnett, Mildred Stanley and Tammy Stanley; cherished grandmother of Joseph, Jonathan, Pete, Kandi, Mark, Stacey, Michelle, Shawn, Kimberley, Brittany, Michael, Jenny and Justin, and great grandmother of 32 great grandchildren; dear sister of Betty and Minky. Also, survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends will honor Nina’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., with a public viewing on Friday, 12/2/16 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral service will follow on Saturday, 12/2/16 beginning at 10am.Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
