Born on April 16th, 1952 to the late Mildred Moats and late John Haynes, he was the loving husband of Mary Newman Haynes; devoted father of Kerri Ann Haynes; dear stepfather of Brooks Newman; cherished brother of Ray Haynes and wife Kelly, Kyle Blankenship, John Haynes and wife Ginny, Earl Haynes and wife Antoinette, and the late Allen Haynes. Mark is also survived by many other family and friends.
