Lawrence William Emswiler

Lawrence William Emswiler, affectionately known as Larry, age 75, passed away peacefully at home on August 1, 2026. He was born on January 18, 1951 in Alexandria, Virginia to the late William K. Emswiler and the late V. Ruth Emswiler. Larry is the dear brother in law of Oscar Pacheco of Ocala, Florida; loving cousin of Robert E. Sharratt, Susan G. Domingue, and Brenda Ruth Enumbi; loving uncle of Dawn Renee Barker of Amarillo, Texas and Kristie Obrecht of Scottsville, Virignia; also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Larry is preceded in death by his sister Carol Pacheco of Ocala, Florida.

Larry was very active in his church, Virginia Hill's Baptist Church. He will be missed greatly and remembered for his love for The Beatles. A graveside service will be held at a future date in Virginia. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Larry's memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
