Laura E. Shrout, age 34, sadly passed away on October 20, 2020. Laura was born in Baltimore, Maryland to James Shrout & the late Laura Shrout. Laura is the beloved wife of Dennis Smith; loving mother of Abi Metz; caring step-mother of Dennis Smith, III; cherished sister of Vicky Maiga, Daina Gray, Christina Shrout, & Michelle Shrout; dear aunt of Matthew, Aiden, Trinity, Julie, & many other loving nieces & nephews; Laura is also survived by many cousins & other loving family & friends.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, October 27th from 10:00am-12:00pm where a funeral service will take place at 12:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
