Sadly on January 4th, 2018, Kristin Nicole Riggs passed away. She was the cherished daughter of Debbie Riggs and Michael Riggs, Sr.; devoted mother of Bella Alexandre; and dear sister of Michael Riggs, Jr. and Jennifer Riggs.
Family and friends may call at Grace Bible Baptist Church, 1518 North Rolling Rd., Catonsville on Saturday, January 13th from 10 AM to 11 AM. A funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Interment to immediately follow at New Cathedral Cemetery.
