On November 13, 2015, Kenneth R. Proctor passed away. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for "Uncle Buddy" on Monday November 23, 2015 at 11AM at the Church of the Ascension. His interment will immediately follow in the Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.
