Katherine Jeanette Farmer

On August 22nd, 2025, Katherine Jeanette Farmer passed away. Born on March 21st, 1946 to the late Virgina and late Edward Reckord, Katie was the loving wife of the late Edward “Cholly” Farmer; devoted mother of Brian Reckord and his wife Margaret, Richard Taylor and his wife Sheila; caring stepmother of Edward "Chip" Farmer, Jr. and his wife Andrea, David Farmer and his wife Eileen; cherished grandmother of Collin Reckord, Corey Reckord, Jessica Fisher, Edward "Trey" Farmer, III, Jennifer Mathias, Amanda Farmer, Alison Farmer, 2 great grandchildren; dear sister of Robert Reckord, and William Reckord. She was also survived by many more family and friends.

A public visitation will be held at our Arbutus location on Tuesday, August 26th from 3 PM to 5 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of the Ascension on Wednesday, August 27th at 10 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Park.
