Born in Baltimore, MD to David Carter and Christina Bergman, Julie was the faithful wife of Joseph Clark; loving mother of Kiera Rayne and Arianna Nicole; cherished sister of Diana Carter, Nicole Carter, David Carter, Jessie Kraft, Chelsie Bateman, Larry Boykin, and Nick Clark; beloved granddaughter of Lois and David Bergman; beloved daughter-in-law of Katherine Clark and Paul Clark; cherished aunt to Katelynn Victoria, Lillian Alexandria, and Madison Skye. Julie is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
