John Kraushofer

John Louis Kraushofer, age 87, of Lansdowne, Maryland passed away on February 14, 2018 in Baltimore, Maryland. John was born on August 29, 1930 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Elisabeth Kraushofer (nee Kolleck) and Louis Kraushofer. He is the beloved husband of Shirley M. Kraushofer; loving father of Maureen Meehan and her husband Paul Kevin and Melissa Casterline; cherished grandfather of Ashley and her husband Nick, Patrick, Spencer and Olivia and great grandfather of Nolan; dear brother of Anna Puciato; caring brother-in-law of Irvin Gamber and wife Judy. Also, survived by loving nieces and nephews.

Family members and friends will honor John’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 with a public viewing on Monday from 3-5pm & 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at Our Lady of Victory, 4416 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229 beginning at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers donations in John’s memory may be directed to Our Lady of Victory.
