Born on June 25th, 1968 to Bernadette Stevens and the late Joseph Kaufman, Sr., he was the loving boyfriend of Amy Jones; devoted father of Brittani Kaufman; dear brother of Angel Kaufman (Donald Winter), Jessica Kaufman; and cherished uncle of Nathaniel Hoffman. Joe was also survived by his sister-in-laws Shelia Goralski (Pat), Tina Schillinberg (Steve); several nieces and nephews; and his Granddogs Zeke and Zoey.
