Joan Vane

Joan C. Vane, age 90, peacefully passed away on October 5th, 2021. Joan was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late William L. Hodges & the late Alice E. Hodges (nee Rothage). She is the beloved wife of the late Bernard G. Vane; loving mother of the late Thomas W. Vane and daughter-in-law Georgia Steed; cherished sister of Shirley E. Garst, Beverly A. Cavanaugh, Mary Jane Kimmelshue, Michael F. Hodges (& his wife Maryel), William L. Hodges, the late Elwood Hodges, the late John T. Hodges, & the late Holden J. Hodges; caring grandmother of Melissa Smith (& her husband Jody) & Sabrina Vane; dear great grandmother of Serenity Smith, Paige Smith, Gavin Vane, & Edwin Richardson; multiple nieces and nephews, family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
