Joan Tiso

Joan Catherine Tiso, age 81, peacefully passed away on October 14th, 2021. Joan was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Paul G Welton & the late Kathleen Foley. She is the beloved wife of the late Michael Joseph Tiso; loving mother of Deanna L. Penyak (& her husband George), Michael R. Tiso (& his wife Melinda), & Lance C. Tiso (& his wife Mary Kristin); caring grandmother of Brittaney Lynn Penyak, Sloane Mary Tiso, & Brynn Catherine Tiso; cherished Aunt of Col. William Barrington (& his wife Cathy & their children William Barrington, Jr. & Adam Barrington) & Dorothy Rouse. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joan’s name to Believe in Tomorrow Children’s Foundation.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Thursday, October 21st from 10:00am-12:00pm with a funeral service beginning at 12:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
