James Phelps, Jr.
December 20, 1945 — February 27, 2020
James Elson Phelps, Jr., age 74, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2020. He is the beloved husband of 50 years to Marion Phelps; cherished father of Stacey Gray and her husband Eric and James “Jamie” Phelps and his wife Melody; loving grandfather of Cassidy, Ethan, Mason, Ashlyn, Mariah, Mackenzie; also survived by many other loving relatives and a host of friends.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Tuesday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10am followed by burial at Loudon Park Cemetery.
