James Richard Parker, age 81, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2023. Richard is the devoted and loving father of Randall Parker; dear brother of Daniel Parker; also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Richard is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Parker, his brothers Walter Parker and Joseph Parker, and his sons Steven Richard Parker and Corey Parker.
