James Michael McIntyre

James Michael McIntyre, affectionately known as Jimmy, age 71, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2026. He was born on February 9, 1955 to Emma Barbara McIntyre and the late James Matthew McIntyre; beloved father of Christopher McIntyre, Sr.; dear grandfather of Chirstopher McIntyre, Jr.; cherished brother of Sharon Gugliette and her husband James and David McIntyre; loving uncle of James, Jason, and Jonathan; great uncle of Matthew and great great uncle of Oliver; also survived by other relatives and friends. 

Even in Jimmy's passing, he gave the gift of life to others, allowing a part of him to live on through those he helped.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd on Sunday September 13 from 3-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday at 11am at Church of the Ascension. Burial will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Jimmy's memory to Global Astha and COPD Outreach.
