On November 12, 2021, James V. Bell passed away. He was the father of Michelle Kreiner and her husband John and Joseph Bell and his wife Heather; grandfather of Justin, James, Jordan, Elizabeth, & Jeremy; he is predeceased by his sister Valerie Bolton; & son of the late Carl & Frances Bolton.
Services for Jim will be private for family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed in Jim’s name to:
