On August 25th, 2025, Herman F. Meeks, Jr. passed away. Born on February 22nd, 1954 to the late Alice and late Herman Meeks, Sr., he was the devoted father of Herman Francis Meeks, III, Justin Meeks, Adam Meeks and his wife Lyndsay; cherished grandfather of Caleb Meeks, Jaden Meeks, Izabel Meeks, Kolton Meeks, Cora Meeks, Paige Meeks, Jeffrey Meeks, Jaxon Meeks, and Alice Asselta; and dear brother of Carol Caviness. Herman is also survived by the mother of his children, Susan Ward, and many other extended family and friends.
A public visitation will be held at our Arbutus location on Friday, September 5th from 3 PM to 5 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM.
