April 13, 1932 — June 18, 2016
Helen A. Simpkins (nee Henn), age 84, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2016. She is the beloved wife of the late Douglas Simpkins, Sr.; devoted mother of Douglas Jr., Milton, Norman, Deborah, Keith, Brian, Sr., Timothy, Scott Sr., Drucilla Simpkins. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Arbutus, MD 21227 on Friday, June 24 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A mass will be held Saturday at Church of the Ascension 4603 Poplar Avenue, Halethorpe, MD 21227 at 11am. Interment is private.
