Helen Pauline Kosar

Helen Pauline Kosar, age 86, passed away peacefully at home on June 20, 2026. She was born on April 30, 1940 to the late Frank and Pauline Rydzewski. Helen is the wife of the late James Kosar; devoted mother of Sharon Dietz and Jamie Kosar and his wife Katie; cherished grandmother of Meghan (Scott) Kennard, Sarah (Brian) Weatherly, Michael (Jennifer) Dietz, Jimmy (Amber) Kosar, and Aaliyah (Brett) Umstead; great grandmother of Blake, Eric, Owen, Dominic, Landon, James, Addison, Lincoln, Ellie, and Layla; also survived by other loving family members and friends. Helen is preceded in death by her sisters Maryann Airey and Jane Gentry. 

A viewing will be held on Wednesday at Ambrose Funeral Home from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:30am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in Dundalk.
