Gloria Howe

On November 11th, 2022, Gloria Ann Howe passed away. She was born on February 11, 1962 to the late Jack Decker and Carolyn Lephew; loving wife of the late Thomas Howe; devoted mother of Amy Wines and husband Gary, Frank Wines, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Noah Styer, Jaydyn Wines, Jackson Wines, Justin Wines; dear sister of the late Miriam Alice, the late Dorothy Virginia, Ruth Decker-Krauss, the late Jack Glen Decker, the late Carolyn Mae Lipscomb; Gloria is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Road, Halethorpe MD 21227 on Wednesday from 10am - 12pm with a funeral service beginning at 12pm followed by interment at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
