Frances Quinlan
May 23, 1940 — April 14, 2013
On April 14, 2013, Frances Quinlan passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Glen Quinlan. She was the loving mother of Mark Quinlan. Frances was the cherished grandmother of Kimberly Ann Young, Mark David Young, and Rebecca Marie Young and the cherished great grandmother of J.C. Teal, Demi Teal, and Aris Teal. She was the dear sister of Robin and the late Roberta. Frances is survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends may call our Lansdowne location Tuesday between 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00PM where a public visitation will be held. A funeral service will be held Wednesday beginning at 12:00PM. Interment will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD. 21705.
