On December 23, 2016; FRANCES T. CHESTER passed away. She was the devoted daughter of the late William and Mary Malamphy; beloved wife of Charles E. Chester; loving mother of JoAnn K. Wagner, Lisa L. Krieger (Chester) and her husband Ken, & Buck Chester; cherished grandmother of Stephanie Adler and her husband Shawn, Wayne Wagner, Megan Cook and her husband Brandon, Kenny Krieger, Chelsea Krieger, Kaylee Chester and Taylor Chester; great grandmother of Brandon Adler, Jayden Adler, Waylon Wagner, Maylin Krieger, and Bentley Krieger; dear sister of William Malamphy and his wife Sally, Thomas Malamphy and Mary Jo Gaskins; she is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
