Florence MacDaniel Smith, 79, of Arbutus, Maryland, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2026. She was born on June 2, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland. Florence was a loving, doting, and proud mother who cherished her family above all else. She was playful, spunky, and had a way of bringing warmth and joy to the people around her. Her grandchildren held a very special place in her heart, and she adored each of her nine grandchildren dearly. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Eric, Chad, and Michele, her nine grandchildren, and her siblings, Linda, Mickey, and Timmy, along with many other family members and friends who were blessed to know and love her. Florence leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will remain in the hearts of her family forever.
