Eugene Johnson, Jr.

Peacefully, on November 18, 2016, Eugene R. Johnson, Jr. "Gene", age 76, passed away. Gene was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Bagg Johnson; he was the loving father of Eugene R. Johnson, III & his wife Lorrie of Broad Creek, NC, Suzanne Johnson Hecker of Arbutus, MD, and Sandra Wilson of Reston, VA; Gene was the dear brother of Vallie Rose Bledsoe of Fayetteville, NC; the cherished "Pop-Pop" of Douglas Johnson, Zackary Johnson, Savannah Lassiter, Sierrah Johnson, Kira Silvia, Christopher Johnson, Matthew Katen, Brittany Katen, Megan Miller, Jacob Katen, Caitlyn Harper and Burgess Harper; and Gene was also the great-grandfather of Jeremiah Alston, Jordan Alston, Cheyanne Katen and Skyler Katen.
