Elsie Samsel

Elsie M. Samsel, age 83, sadly passed away on March 10, 2020. Elsie was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Thomas Samsel & the late Elizabeth Samsel. She is the beloved sister of the late Marion, the late Thomas, III, Helen, William, & the late Leonard. Elsie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & other loving family & friends.
