Ellen K. Doing (nee Runkles) passed away August 30, 2014. She is survived by daughters Diana L. Follin, Barbara F. Baker, and Linda A. Thompson. She was a loving grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
Relatives and friends may visit at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc. 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd. on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Graveside Service will be held Friday at 11:00am at the Prospect Cemetery in Mount Airy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars.
