Doris passed away peacefully at home on April 9, 2026 after a long illness. She was the daughter of Leonard and Margaret Miller of Pasadena, MD. She formerly worked at Crown Hallmark in Annapolis and later at Lake Shore Plaza in Pasadena from 1981-1999. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Freddie and his wife Kathy, and her brother Ronnie. She leaves behind her husband of 63 years George Berg, her daughter Margaret Berg Basil (husband Kelly),  her son Robert Alan Berg (wife Debbie), sisters in law Suzanne Miller and Mary Casamento (husband Victor). She also has three Grand Children, Morgan Basil Domenick (husband Korey), Julianne Nicole Berg and Joshua Alan Berg as well as two step Grand Children Courtney Horan (husband Ray) and Jordan Weber (wife Tiffany). She has two beautiful great grandchildren Margaret Miller Domenick and Georgie Katherine Domenick and well as several step great grandchildren. She was a lifelong resident of Pasadena, loved travel and camping with family and friends. 

A celebration of life will be held at Pasadena United Methodist Church on May 30 at 11 am with a luncheon to immediately follow the service, The address is 61 Ritchie Highway Pasadena, MD 21122. Her favorite colors were pastels and her favorite flowers were daisies so the family is asking you to wear your favorite pastels and come celebrate her life with us.
