Deborah J. Taylor

Deborah Jean Taylor, age 73, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025. She was born on May 19, 1952 to the late James and Lois Smedley. Debbie is the beloved wife of the late James Taylor; devoted mother of Kimberly Busch and her husband Gregg Pickett, Keith Wink, Kelsey Conley, and James Taylor, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Korie Payne, Keith Vanskiver-Austin, Natasha Taylor, Brittany Wink, Ravynn Wink, Chelsea Wink and great grandchildren Karsyn, Kameron, Delila, Jax Vanskiver-Austin, Cali, and Jaylin; dear sister of Jo-Ann Wink and her husband Harry Wink and Michele Barton and her husband Michael Barton; also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
