Born in Baltimore, MD to Clara Jane Chandler and the late Joseph Anthony Pursley, Sr., Deborah leaves behind many loving family and friends including her three brothers; Tony, Danny, Niel and her step-brother Randy. She will be deeply missed by all of her extended family, friends, and loved ones.
